Desiccant masterbatch, also known as Defoaming or Anti-foaming masterbatch, is a new high technology functional masterbatch, without toxic, contamination, or bad effect to property of plastic products, specially designed to remove the water, bubble and drawback in plastic products with PE, PP, PVC, ABS, EVA, PS and PA raw material.

Characteristic

1. Don't need drying process for plastic raw masterial any more;
2. Strongly absorb the moisure of plastic raw materials;
3. Increase the quality of finished products;
4. Wide range of applications, including superior UV protection, P type for pressure pipes, Mulch films, HIPS,ABS,PP Molded and extruded products, PET fibers for yarn and staple fiber, low-tin performance, and customizability.

 

Using Method: Stir desiccant masterbatch and the damp plastic raw material uniformly, then produce product. For example, for blown film production, the addition ratio is 1%-2%. For sheet and injection molding production, the ratio is 2%-5%. For pipe production, add 2%-5%. The specific production should be added according to the moisture content of the plastic.

 

Note:


1. The masterbatch should be avoided mosture absorption before use.
2. It is best to use with ingredients immediately.
3. It should not be heated and dried with damp plastic to avoid poor quality during processing.
4. Check the packaging is whether intact or not before opening the package and seal packaging of unused masterbatch as soon as possible.
