Glyceryl Monostearate & Fatty acid esters GMS40 powder are non-ionic surfactants with properties (emulsifying, dispersing, foaming, antifoaming, restraining starch retrogradation and controlling fat condensation). With mono-diglyceride concentration of 40-60%
Performance:
